Your daily Wellness entries helps your coaches keep track of your performance and alerts them to any new issues.
You may submit your Wellness using either through the website using the stethoscope icon below your profile picture or the AMP Athlete app (available for both iPhone and iPad).
One way to submit wellness is through the stethoscope icon beneath your profile picture (only available for athletes).
Please note: the date of the wellness entry can be changed by clicking the date box and re-selecting the appropriate date:
Complete the form and use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to submit your wellness entry to AMP.
Another way to submit your daily Wellness is with the iOS app AMP Athlete (available for both iPhone and iPad).
1) Download AMP Athlete for your iOS device from the iTunes Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/amp-athlete/id645828516?mt=8
2) Select Record your Wellness and complete the multi-page questionnaire. Please use the "Next" button in the top right to advance to the next pages:
When you get to the last page, click the "Finished" button to submit your wellness to AMP. This will now appear as part of your AMP profile!
UNABLE TO SUBMIT FROM THE APP?
The simplest thing to try here would be 3 simple steps: log out of the app, kill it (by double tapping the Home button and then "pushing" the AMP Athlete app up and off the top of the screen) and then log back in again.
Your Wellness entry will now appear in your "Wellness" panel on your profile page. Click "More details" for more information and any alert info. Your Wellness entry will now appear in your "Wellness" panel on the athlete's profile page. Click "More details" for more information and any alert info.
As a coach or director, these alerts and the wellness entry will be reported to you via your Athlete Feed found under the "Latest News" panel on your profile page:
