To reset your own password, logout of your account and click "we can send you a new one" below the login form as show below. A password reset will be sent to the email on file for your account.

If you are a director and would like to reset one of your athlete's or coach's passwords, first navigate to the users profile. Next to the users photo, you will see a set of icons. Click on the gear icon, which will take you to their settings.

After clicking the gear, you can send the user an email to trigger a password reset by clicking on the "Reset User Password" button. This way they can reset their own password.

However, if their email on file is incorrect or they are standing right next to you, click on "you can manually change the user's password" to reset the password right there. Make sure to type the password twice before saving!
